When towing this 7 x 14 did you find it necessary to use any type of anti-sway device?

My tow vehicle is a 1997 Chevy S-10, V-6, with 325,000 miles. I installed a Reese load equalizing hitch. I also have the companion friction sway bar but have not installed it yet. The trailer tows like a dream.  This is the same arrangement I used on my 19 foot Shasta.

I should note that I do not have the standard single leaf spring that comes on Chevy S-10.   I have used this truck to tow heavily loaded cargo trailers to and from construction sites.   Right after purchasing this truck I brought it to a heavy duty truck brake and spring shop for a new set of multi-leaf springs.
